Yesim Salahifar
Yesim joined Rathbone Group in 2018 as a Law Clerk and, after becoming licensed in New York, was promoted to Staff Attorney in 2023. In that role, she primarily focused on client relationship management and litigation support, delivering exceptional service and results. In 2025, she was promoted to Associate Attorney, where she handles claims for subrogation clients across the State of Texas.
Before joining Rathbone Group, Yesim served as Senior In-house Legal Counsel at two major institutions: first at a leading Turkish bank with global operations, and later at an international bank affiliated with a global banking group. She managed complex corporate transactions, project financing, and regulatory compliance, with a focus on banking and insurance law. Leveraging her global experience, she brings a practical, solution-oriented, and client-centered approach to subrogation litigation.
Outside of work, she enjoys pottery, traveling, reading, and spending time with her husband, two daughters, and their dog, Olaf.
