Pat Grant
Pat is an accomplished leader with over 30 years’ experience in Operations Management. Her background at several financial services call centers provided the opportunity to enhance her process improvement and employee development skills. She is passionate about delivering excellent results to both the external and internal customers.
Pat currently leads the Recovery Supervisors and Specialists who negotiate the recoveries on the Insured and Uninsured automotive files.
She graduated from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh PA with a degree in Sociology and a minor in English Honors.
In her free time, Pat enjoys cooking, biking, reading and spending time with her family including her adorable grandson.
