Nicole Wimmer
Nicole Malick Wimmer is a subrogation attorney with extensive trial experience who has been with the firm since 2025. She handles claims for subrogation clients primarily throughout the State of Florida.
Originally from Watertown, N.Y., Nicole is a double Gator, who obtained her Bachelor of Arts in 1995 from the University of Florida with a major in Criminal Justice and a Minor in Psychology. She continued on to obtain her Juris Doctorate from the University of Florida in 1998. Nicole has tried over two hundred cases in her career, including State v. Mendez, a double homicide trial that aired on Court T.V.
In addition to Florida, Nicole is licensed to practice law in D.C. and in the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida. When Nicole is not spending time with family, she enjoys Constitutional advocacy and arts and crafts. Her favorite philanthropic cause is the Shelter for Abused Women & Children.
