Mark Demian

Mark Demian is an experienced insurance subrogation attorney, Certified Subrogation Recovery Professional (CSRP) and Member Partner at Rathbone Group. With more than 25 years legal experience in the insurance industry, he is committed to advocating for insurer subrogation rights and is a dedicated mentor to other insurance professionals.

Mark is licensed to practice law in Ohio and Kentucky, including Federal District Courts in both states. He is actively involved in the National Association of Subrogation Professionals, and recently completed serving a six-year term on the Board of Directors. He is also an active member of the Ohio State Bar Association, serving on the Litigation, Insurance and Negligence Committees.

Mark received his BA from Colby College in Waterville, Maine with a double-major in Government and History. His JD is from Case Western Reserve University School of Law in Cleveland, Ohio.

Outside of work, Mark explores different neighborhoods, events and local parks with his wife and daughter. He is an ardent, long-suffering Cleveland sports fan, and a proud Ohio State Buckeyes fan. He also enjoys playing golf, tennis and gardening.
