M. Shawn Cardwell
Shawn is one of our Tennessee lawyers who concentrates his practice in the western part of the state. After a 20-year career in the United States Marine Corps, at the end of which he retired in March 2001. Shawn attended the University of New Mexico to finish a BA, and then went on to law school attending the University of New Mexico School of Law and graduating in 2006. Shawn has practiced and been licensed in Alaska, Tennessee, and Arkansas.
Shawn comes from a diverse practice background which includes specialization in Creditor Rights, Insurance Defense, and Personal Injury Plaintiff work. Shawn looks forward to working with subrogation clients to maximize the most recovery possible, either with or without trial as needed. Shawn is currently licensed in the State of Tennessee, and the State of Arkansas.
He is a member in good standing in the following jurisdictions:
